By using Devlune you agree to the terms below. Devlune is your cross-device AI
workspace — one set of sessions for the AI tools you already use, kept in sync from phone, Mac, and
Windows. You bring your AI subscriptions and your source code; Devlune is the workspace that ties them
together across every screen you work from.
1.Your account
One account per person. Don't share your password — anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
Keep your email, password, and any device-installed agent secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2.Acceptable useAllowed
Devlune is built for small-scale, identity-bound usage. The following are explicitly fine:
Internal multi-developer collaboration inside a company
Use by your own team / startup
Calling AI from your own product's backend
3.Prohibited useNot allowed
You may NOT use Devlune to:
Operate a "public AI platform" — exposing the AI to anonymous strangers
Resell API access to unknown third parties
Run a "top-up / payment-proxy" service on behalf of others
Run a "shared account pool" for arbitrary users
Anything that effectively turns Devlune into a commercial AI reseller
Violate any law, the AI provider's terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.), or any third party's rights
Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the workspace's security or other users' sessions
Use the workspace to generate or distribute malware, CSAM, fraud, harassment, or content prohibited by law
If your usage looks like running a public-facing AI vendor under another brand, get an enterprise contract directly with the AI provider instead.
4.Service availability
Devlune is offered "as is" on a best-effort basis. No uptime guarantee or SLA is provided.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that briefly affects availability; where reasonable, we'll announce it ahead of time.
Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice. Experimental / beta features may have additional constraints stated where they appear.
Capacity caps (sessions, concurrent devices, message rate, etc.) may apply per plan tier and may be adjusted to keep the workspace fair for everyone.
5.Your content & intellectual property
Your code, prompts, chat history, and any files you bring stay yours. Devlune does not claim ownership of your content.
By using the workspace you grant Devlune the limited rights necessary to operate it — store your sessions, sync them across your devices, render them in the UI, and forward them to the AI provider you've connected.
The Devlune name, logo, UI, source code, and documentation are owned by the operator. You may use the workspace as a customer of the service, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute Devlune itself except as permitted by an open-source licence on the relevant code.
AI outputs are produced by the AI providers you choose to connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and are subject to their terms. Devlune does not assert ownership of model outputs.
6.DisclaimerRead this
The workspace executes commands on your behalf in the same way you would on your own computer. You are responsible for what the AI does under your account — including but not limited to:
Files deleted, moved, or overwritten as a result of an incorrect command
Money spent through tools the AI invokes (cloud APIs, payment endpoints, etc.)
External services triggered by the workspace (email, push notifications, deployments, etc.)
Data shared with the AI provider — you control what your code contains, and AI providers may retain prompts under their own policies
Decisions or actions you take based on AI output, which can contain errors, hallucinations, or out-of-date information
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlune is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, or non-infringement. Treat the AI's actions like an empowered assistant who can make mistakes — review before letting destructive actions through.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlune and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm to reputation — arising out of or in connection with your use of the workspace.
Direct liability, if any, is capped at the total fees you have paid to Devlune in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions the above applies to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
8.Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the workspace, threatens others' use, or creates legal exposure for the operator.
After termination, account data is retained for a short grace period for export, then deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive (Disclaimer, Limitation of liability, IP, Governing law) remain in effect.
9.Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Devlune shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Devlune after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
