Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-05-01

By using Devlune you agree to the terms below. Devlune is your cross-device AI workspace — one set of sessions for the AI tools you already use, kept in sync from phone, Mac, and Windows. You bring your AI subscriptions and your source code; Devlune is the workspace that ties them together across every screen you work from.

1.Your account

2.Acceptable useAllowed

Devlune is built for small-scale, identity-bound usage. The following are explicitly fine:

3.Prohibited useNot allowed

If your usage looks like running a public-facing AI vendor under another brand, get an enterprise contract directly with the AI provider instead.

4.Service availability

5.Your content & intellectual property

6.DisclaimerRead this

The workspace executes commands on your behalf in the same way you would on your own computer. You are responsible for what the AI does under your account — including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlune is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, or non-infringement. Treat the AI's actions like an empowered assistant who can make mistakes — review before letting destructive actions through.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlune and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm to reputation — arising out of or in connection with your use of the workspace.

Direct liability, if any, is capped at the total fees you have paid to Devlune in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions the above applies to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

8.Suspension & termination

9.Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Devlune shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Devlune after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
